You may not have enough work to occupy a full-time RE/NXT database manager with 15 years of experience, but most nonprofits would benefit from a part-time one.
Overview
Raiser’s Edge has been around long enough that it always seems like you can always find someone with a couple years of experience to manage your database- and we are here to offer extra expertise. We believe most organizations would benefit from a very experienced database administrator being available for a couple hours a week to support your workload and aid in forming the internal language around how a database should empower a team.
Maybe you have a new VP of Development starting soon, or have had a lot of turnover at the database manager position- we can build confidence in your team’s ability to use this tool by creating one page procedural docs (you know, the ones that are full of screen shots), structure field name conventions for Campaigns, utilizing wealth screening data for prospect Lists, append data from other databases/tools, cleaning up data (addressees/salutations, addresses, Appeals, Attributes, etc) and building reports/dashboards/exports/etc that are documented and easily ran… so that you have the confidence to actually use them.
Hourly pay. Yup.
We document all activities that we bill and there is no upfront cost or commitment. We work with you to identify needs and provide estimates on how much time it may take to complete various tasks- and then get paid by the hour as we work with you.
