Managing the details of the event can keep folks up at night, so with a focus on keeping you up to date, we track speaker info, sponsor info, session details, and the event schedule.

Zoom- Through a webinar account, licensed accounts for speakers, and experience providing technical support for Zoom meetings, the focus will be on keeping session transitions as seamless as possible.

Personalized Speaker Support- With a focus on making sure each speaker has a successful session, they will be provided a document that lists helpful details and instructions for using Zoom.

Slack- Each session will have a dedicated channel distributed to attendees for the purpose of answering their questions before, and during, the session.

Design- If you have a concept (social media, email images, website assets) that you would like communicated, then design mockups can be created. Samples are included. Registration

Communication- Through the email channel of your choice, your community will receive the necessary details regarding how to participate successfully in the conference.

Previous Conferences:

Good Tech Fest- previously an in-person event with over 500 attendees and now a virtual event with over 40 speakers and 1,000 attendees.

BitGive’s De-Phi (Decentralized Philanthropy) Crypto for Good Conference- the first conference ever held by the organization had over a dozen speakers across the globe and over 500 attendees.
